Legal Defense Plan

The Board of Directors of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 113 is proud to announce the availability of the Legal Defense Plan. Steve Amos, Staff Representative from the FOP Labor Council will be at the St. Johns County Lodge on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at 6:00pm  to provide information and answer your questions. Law Enforcement members may also sign up on-site for this benefit.

As a member of the Legal Defense Plan,  an FOP attorney will come to the scene if you are involved in an Officer Involved Shooting and will be your attorney, providing you with legal representation through the entire process. There are no additional costs after your monthly fee.

We are proud to offer this excellent benefit to our Law Enforcement members. With the current climate in which our Law Enforcement Officers must perform their duties, enrolling in the Legal Defense Plan will provide peace of mind knowing you have an experienced attorney focused on insuring your rights are protected.

Please plan to attend. Listen to Steve Amos and make your own informed decision. This in no way takes away from what your employing agency may offer in regards to legal representation. Attend the presentation and decide what works best for your family and you.

This is not our regularly scheduled monthly FOP meeting. The regular meeting will be held on August 20th at 6pm.
